No problem! I can help you create one or you can gather inspiration in other ways, like screenshots or links to get a sense of your style.
How do I approve the items that you choose?
I’ll send you a shortlist of options for each item via e-mail or text. You’ll have the final say before I purchase anything.
What types of items are included in the 8–10 pieces?
Common items include bedding, wall decor, rugs, lighting, storage solutions, seating and other functional accessories, based on your needs and dorm room space.
Do you work with any budget limits?
Yes! While your Pinterest board can be “money is no object", I’ll work with you to establish a realistic, all-in budget before I start sourcing items.
What if I already bought a few things for my dorm?
That’s totally fine! I’ll work around what you already have and fill in the gaps to complete the look.
Do you offer setup or just delivery?
Currently I offer personal delivery of your curated items. If set-up is needed, we can discuss local options or add-on services.
Where do you deliver?
I offer local delivery within Sacramento, CA and the surrounding area. If you are unsure if you’re in the zone, just ask!
Can you design shared dorms or roommate setups?
Yes! I can coordinate designs that compliment your and your roommate(s)’ style and help create a cohesive shared space.
What are “Hellos From Home” care packages?
They’re creative, curated care packages families can send throughout the school year, filled with thoughtful items that remind your college student that you are thinking of them.
How far in advance should I book dorm design services?
Spots fill up quickly, especially over the summer. I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before move-in.
